15 Day Return Policy
You have 15 days to send your items back for a refund.
You must email us with the order number and product Sku. to [email protected]
All returned items must be in NEW condition with tags still attached and original packaging if applicable.
What About Exchanges?
Direct exchanges where we swap one item for another are not possible since we cannot guarantee the desired item will be in stock. However, you may simply send back the item(s) you wish to exchange for store credit towards the new item(s).
Damaged,Defective or Wrong Item?
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or items different from what you have ordered, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
We are happy to resolve the issue for you. 🙂
Shipping Fees
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
*All returns require a return authorization number (RA#).
* A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns that are not considered defective.
* Worn shoes / boots cannot be accepted, due to health regulations.
* There will be a $2.00 charge for damaged or crushed boxes.
